Collection not affected by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday

Please place your garbage, organics and recycling carts and up to two large items at the alley or curb line by 6 a.m. on your regularly scheduled pickup day the week of January 20, 2025. Even though collection is not affected, Solid Waste & Recycling's office will be closed on Monday, January 20, 2025.

Shovel out your carts

Shovel a path through the snow, including snow left by the plow, from your carts to the alley or curb line. If the collection crew cannot easily wheel your carts to the truck, they cannot service them.
