On-sale alcoholic beverage licenses (liquor, wine, strong beer and 3.2% beer) are assigned a Class of Entertainment. The following entertainment is permitted:

Establishments must be located on 7 acres or more Industrial, Commercial or B-4.

Minimum Number of Seats: 50 Exceptions: Wine Class D and E and Charter Wine: 25

Public Hearing Notices/Distance Requirements: 600 ft or 300 ft in B-4.

Food/Alcohol Sales Requirements:

Liquor Licenses w/in 500 ft of residentially zoned property and Wine Licenses: 60/40

Charter Wine Licenses: 70/30

On-Sale Liquor Licenses in B-4 Zoning District or 500 ft or more from residential zone must meet a minimum food service requirement.

NOTES:

  1. Ethnic dancing shall only be performed in conjunction with full services restaurant dining with patrons seated at tables. “Ethnic Dance” is traditional and authentic dance performance native to an ethnic culture, performed by dancers attired with fully opaque covering over genitals, pubic area, buttocks, and female breasts below the top of the areola. The maximum number of ethnic dancers shall be the same as the maximum number of musicians permitted by each license class.
  2. Stage shows, skits, vaudeville, theater, contests, dancing by employees or agents of the licensee, and patron participation in any of the aforementioned, are prohibited for Class B.
  3. Dance floor area shall not exceed 2,000 square feet.
