Do you have information about a crime or criminal activity in the City of Minneapolis? There are many ways to contact us. You can call the Tip Line, send an anonymous written tip, text an anonymous tip and/or report a tip using the free MPDTip app for iPhone/Android smartphones.

Written Tip:  To submit an anonymous tip to the Minneapolis Police Department click on the link below. If this is an emergency, please call 911.

Be sure to save/record your tip ID.  You can use the ID to login to view feedback about your tip from the MPD.  Enter the ID on the tip submit page and any feedback about your tip will display. You can then submit additional information to the Minneapolis Police Department using the tip form.
