Custodian - Municipal Building Commission

The Municipal Building Commission is seeking to hire a Custodian for general office, hallway, floor and restroom cleaning at the City Hall and Courthouse buildings.  Requirements are a High School diploma and 2 years of custodial experience.  Salary range $15.34 - $23.30/hour.  Interested applicants to complete an application and submit it to Theresa Baker.  The position will remain open until filled.

Security Supervisor - Municipal Building Commission

The Municipal Building Commission invites applications for the position of Security Supervisor.  This position supervises security staff to implement and maintain a safe, secure, accessible, and welcoming atmosphere at the City Hall and Courthouse Buildings.  Requirements are a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of security supervisory experience.  $63,000 anticipated annual starting salary.  Interested applicants must complete an application, supplemental questions, and submit these documents to Theresa Baker.  The position will remain open until filled.

State statute 471.701; Notice of Salary Compliance, requires that the City post for not less than 90 days
the job title of the three highest paid employees along with their base salary. For 2018 these were:
1. City Attorney, $186,490
2. Assistant City Coordinator Convention Center, $183,600
3. Director Public Works, $181,191
