You can request that the Mayor send a letter to recognize a celebration, professional event or significant occasion.

About mayoral letters

The Mayor will write letters for events like retirements, special birthdays, or anniversaries. Or, he'll recognize a person who has earned an honor like eagle scout or a teacher award.

We ask for a minimum of 10 business days to complete your request.
