Data Subject Requests – This policy governs the process for individuals requesting data about themselves.
Data Charges for Public Access to Public Data – This policy governs charges associated with providing copies of public data. There is no fee for inspection of public data, where no copies are requested.
Data Inventory – Private Data on Individuals by Department – This inventory is updated annually and covers all types of Private Data on Individuals maintained and utilized by City departments.
Data Privacy Principles – These aspirational principles guide City decision-making to ensure that both the risks and benefits that come from the creation, collection, and use of data are considered; and that the City appropriately prioritizes privacy for data on individuals.
