Check Status of Data Request
We’re in the process of launching a new system to help us process and respond to data requests quicker, and more efficiently. During this transition our numbering system will need to change so it’s possible our new system will refer to your request with a different number.
Don’t worry, both numbers are still associated with your request. You can look up your request with either:
- Your 4 digit confirmation number, or
- The last 4 digits of the request number (it's a number that starts with the year e.g. 18)

If your request does not appear, please send your reference number and any questions you have to [email protected]. We will respond to your questions as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind, we are receiving an increasingly large number of requests for information. Our response time has lengthened, but we will respond to your request as soon as we can.
