Welcome to the project page for the Holland Neighborhood Small Area Plan. Thank you for taking the time to visit us and help us complete the best plan possible.
The Holland Neighborhood Small Area Plan has completed its 45 day public comment period prior to the commencement of the City’s formal plan approval process through the Planning Commission and City Council. All comments received during the public comment period are being incorporated in the public record and taken into consideration in editing the final draft of the plan.
The plan is now moving through the City’s approval process. Upcoming dates include:
- February 9, 2015 – Planning Commission (public hearing)
- March 5, 2015 – Zoning and Planning Committee
- March 20, 2015 – City Council
The draft plan is available at the link below in the Draft Document section.
The Holland Neighborhood Improvement Association has committed to conduct a planning process to provide guidance for the future of the neighborhood. The neighborhood organization has retained the services of the Cuningham Group consultant firm to assist with plan development.
The project schedule (pdf) outlines key dates and milestones in the plan development process.
The Holland neighborhood is committed to an inclusive and comprehensive system of public involvement. Below are some resources from past and upcoming public outreach efforts. More information will be posted when it’s available.
