You can report acts of discrimination to the City.
What to do
Requirements
- The discrimination must have occurred in Minneapolis within the last year.
- The act must be in violation of the City's Civil Rights Ordinance or the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964
- An investigator must contact you to follow up on your request. Include all required contact information on your form.
Information related to the complaint is confidential and will not be released to the public.
