Unless you have a temporary food permit, you may not operate an ice cream truck within 2,000 feet of any:
- City, county or state fair
- Carnival
- Circus
- Festival
- Public event

Requirement
Ice cream trucks must
- Provide liability insurance in the amount of:
- $25,000 single and $50,000 multiple coverage for individuals
- $5,000 for property damage
