RFP pre-proposal conference

A pre-proposal conference will be held at the Minneapolis Public Service Building (505 4th Ave. S., Room 100) on February 24, 2025, at 9:00 AM CT. All potential tenants are encouraged to attend this conference.

Community voices on Minneapolis Democracy Center

The City of Minneapolis is proposing to redevelop the property into a democracy center. It would house Elections & Voter Services and offer a large, ground-floor space for community use.
