What to know

The Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is a report that looks at information about a property to see if there are any environmental problems that might affect the land or the people who use it.

The report has three parts:

  • A review of records, like old maps and documents
  • A look at what the property looks like now
  • A technical report that talks about what was found and what it means

This specific report is 43 pages long and talks about what was found during the Phase 1 Environmental Assessment for Upper Harbor Terminal.
