Form

The Form content type is used to add a T4 form to a page.

See example of the T4 form below. Note that a Tennessen Warning Notice is automatically included.

When to use

Use a Form when you would like to collect information or feedback from site visitors.

Formatting tips

Dates and times

By default, the date field accepts just a date without a time. If you need to collect both date and time, go to the "Advanced" tab and add the custom class name with-time.

Input sizes

The size of an input field should match the size of the content you expect to collect. All fields allow the following custom classes to adjust the width.

Widths

  • width-small (1/8 width)
  • width-25 (1/4 width)
  • width-medium (1/3 width)
  • width-50 (1/2 width)
  • width-large (2/3 width)
  • width-75 (3/4 width)

Height

You can also adjust the height of textareas. Use the custom classes height-2 through height-10 to scale the textarea from 2 - 10 rows.
