Police policies and feedback

You can review our police policies and give feedback online.

What to know

Search for and give feedback on a policy

You can give feedback on each police policy available for public feedback.

  • To use search, enter a policy number or name, or use the filters to choose a category or status. Click Apply after you make your selection.
  • If a policy draft has a feedback due date listed in the future, the draft is in a public review period.
  • If a policy draft has a due date listed in the past, we will continue collecting feedback until the next annual review.
  • If a policy does not have a due date listed, we will continue collecting feedback until the next time the policy is revised.
  • Some policies have been translated. If your preferred language is not listed for a policy you want to read, you can request a translation.

Give feedback on a category

You can provide feedback on a policy category rather than an individual policy.

Provide feedback for any of these categories:

  • Mission, vision, values and goals
  • Non-discriminatory policing
  • Stops, searches and arrests
  • Use of force

Use the policy feedback form and choose a category
