The City will send a bill to property owners who have us complete needed sidewalk repairs.
After the work is done, you can either:

You can have the cost of sidewalk repairs assessed as a special assessment to your property taxes. This is an option if you do not want to be billed.
An interest charge and service fee are charged on the remaining principal balance. Interest rates vary.
