Garbage drop-off site

Schedule a time to bring extra garbage and building materials to the South Transfer Station. City garbage customers can request a voucher to use the site. If you don't have City garbage service but have a water bill, you can pay to use the site.

Holiday hours

The South Transfer Station will be closing at 4:30p.m. on Tuesday, December 31 and will be closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2025. It will be open normal hours Tuesday through Saturday. Solid Waste & Recycling's office will be closed on Wednesday. You must schedule a voucher prior to going to the Transfer Station.
