This project is part of the ongoing street maintenance program.

ADA pedestrian ramp updates

City staff will upgrade pedestrian ramps to current ADA standards in 2024. 

Resurfacing

City staff will resurface the streets on Saint Anthony Pkwy between Hayes St. NE and Stinson Parkway in 2024. 

City staff will resurface the streets on Saint Anthony Pkwy between Central Ave NE and Hayes St. NE in 2025. 

We replace the top layer of asphalt pavement to extend the life of a street.  The new pavement should last at least 10 years.

Community engagement

Project staff will hold an in-person community meeting:

• Monday, April 29th, 2024
• 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Windom Park Recreation Center, 2251 NE Hayes St., Minneapolis

Traffic impacts

Lane closures during the ADA pedestrian ramp upgrades.  Road closures during the resurfacing work.

Detour signs to be posted at a later time.
