Plymouth Ave. N. reconstruction
The City reconstructed Plymouth Ave. N. between Xerxes Ave. N. and Penn Ave. N.
Project overview
We will reconstruct the entire right-of-way. We will also replace aging sidewalks on a half-mile section of the street.
Improvements include:

Pedestrian ramps in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act

Boulevard space

Bicycle facilities

Curb and gutter

Utility upgrades

New signs
-
New pavement markings
Traffic impacts
We plan to begin construction in 2021. Expect the following temporary traffic impacts:
- Detours
- Lane restrictions
- Intersection reductions
- Parking restrictions
- Revised pedestrian and bicycle routes
If you live, work or visit the area, prepare for:
- Noise
- Vibration
- Dust
You'll have property access throughout construction.
