Elm and Rollins resurfacing
The City improved the street surface of Elm St and Rollins Ave by grinding off the top surface and placing a new layer of asphalt.
Project overview
We improved and maintained this street in several ways:
- Let private utility companies work on utilities buried under the street
- Replaced the curbs with new concrete
- Ground off the top layer of pavement
- Placed new asphalt pavement
Traffic impacts
There were some road closures.
The road was closed to traffic and detoured while we resurfaced the road during the week of July 20, 2020.
