Project overview

This project aims to improve safety and accessibility for residents and visitors. We will replace over 50 curb ramps and improve safety at several intersections.

Project goals

We aim to:

  • Reduce vehicular travel speeds

  • Increase safety for all users

  • Build curb ramps that are compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards

The project team will host a pop-up event to introduce the project to new audiences and share ongoing project updates.

Past engagement

The project team participated in a community event on September 15th, 2024. The event was at the University Lutheran Church of Hope. Community members had the opportunity to meet the project team and provide feedback.
