The City will complete sanitary sewer work on 42nd St. E. between 19th Ave. S. and 20th Ave. S.
Project overview
The sanitary sewer at E. 42nd St. from 19th Ave. S. to 20th Ave. S. was installed in 1931 and needs repair. We'll replace manholes and roughly 174 feet of 9-inch and 10-inch clay pipe.
Traffic impacts
42nd St. E. is closed to local traffic near 20th St. with a detour directing traffic north to E. 38th St.
