3rd Ave. and 15th St. sanitary sewer rehabilitation
The City will complete sanitary sewer work along 3rd Avenue from 11th Street to 16th Street.
Project overview
We'll work to improve sanitary flow and reduce cleaning frequency. The pipe is in poor condition and requires more maintenance due to many bends in the run. To keep sanitary service to the area, we'll remove and replace portions of brick, ductile iron and reinforced concrete pipe along 15th St. E. from 3rd Ave. S. to 4th Ave. S and reroute it north along 3rd Ave. to approximately 11th St.
