The City will construct a new bike trail along 18th Ave. NE. in northeast Minneapolis.
Project overview
The City plans to construct a new off-street bike trail along 18th Ave. NE.
This new bike trail will fill a trail gap in northeast Minneapolis. The new trail will:
- Extend the existing trail between Marshall St. NE. and California St. NE.
- Connect the recently constructed East River Trail to the 18th Ave. NE. trail.
This project may also include:
- ADA pedestrian ramps
- New lighting
- New signage
- New pavement markings
