Project overview

We'll remove 500 feet of 9” sanitary sewer and replace it with 10” sanitary sewer and manholes. We'll also remove and replace 500 feet of 24” storm sewer and structures.

Traffic impacts

We will close part of 12th Ave. S. throughout some of the project. East Minnehaha Pkwy at 12th Ave. S. will also close during a portion of construction. Traffic detours will be available.

Expect the following temporary traffic impacts:

• Detours
• Lane restrictions
• Intersection reductions
• Parking restrictions
• Revised pedestrian and bicycle routes

Residents, businesses and visitors may experience:

• Noise
• Vibration
• Dust in work areas
