We issue revenue bonds to nonprofits and certain businesses to help finance capital projects.

Overview

The City can issue revenue bonds to help nonprofits fund capital improvement projects.

We can also issue revenue bonds for certain types of businesses.

Our role is to help facilitate the approval and closing processes.

How revenue bonds work

  • While the City issues the bond, the borrower, not the City, repays the bond.
  • The cost of revenue bond financing varies by project and type of bond.
