Before applying, preapplicants must show they have control over the site. Please note that, due to the competitive nature of this program, residential projects with 1-4 units will not be considered eligible by the City in this grant round.

• These funds are specifically for project planning and cannot be used for physical redevelopment activities like demolition, site preparation, or infrastructure improvements.
