You can use our universal online application for all Green Cost Share funding requests.

Before you begin

To be considered for funding, you must:

  • Complete every section of the application
  • Attach all required documents

This application consists of 5 sections.

Complete a section to make the next section appear.

The City is not liable for funds promised to customers due to a contractor misrepresenting this program.

Required attachments

For every project

  • Any bids or quotes you've received for the proposed work
  • If applicable: Proof of participation in income qualified, affordable, or subsidized housing or utility program

4d energy efficiency

  • Breakdown of proposed project(s) provided by the Center for Energy and Environment or other utility program. Breakdown should include rebate amounts and energy savings.

Automotive pollution reduction

  • A copy of a third-party analysis of the pollution reductions attributable to your project

Energy efficiency

  • Energy Efficiency Project Breakdown spreadsheet.
  • Proof of rebate eligibility (rebate application, energy audit, pre-approval letter, etc.), including estimated energy savings

Innovative pollution reduction

  • A copy of a third-party analysis of the pollution reductions attributable to your project

Solar and solar group buy

  • PVWatts or other similar report for each project
