You can participate in this program if your home or property is in Minneapolis. Single family and 2- to 4-unit properties are eligible.
Schedule your free energy visit. We recommend this step, but it's not required.
A Home Energy Squad® visit is a professional detailed review of your home's energy efficiency.
Work with CEE to plan home energy improvement projects, find contactors and get loans.
Once your work is complete, CEE will send you a check for your rebate. Based on the work you have done, you can receive up to $14,000 if you live in a Green Zone and up to $5,000 if you don't.
Your home energy improvements will start saving you money on your energy bills.
