• Converting paints, paint booths and prep stations from conventional solvent-based paint coatings to:
  • Waterborne basecoats
  • Low-VOC base coats
  • Low-VOC single stage coats
• Equipment updates
  • Low Pressure (HVLP) or Equivalent Spray Equipment
  • Aqueous Parts Washer

Incentives

Criteria

• You can apply if your project has a measurable volatile organic compound pollution (VOC) reduction
• You should have a third-party verify the reduction.

City match

• Based on the total cost of the project
• Can be up to 75% of the total project cost
• Cannot be more than $50,000
• Paid after the project is completed
