Overview

Residents in Minneapolis green zones may qualify for a free tree. This program is ongoing. You can apply for a tree any time during the year. 

To qualify, you must:

• Live in a green zone
  Read about green zones
• Have enough green space for the tree(s)
• Commit to watering your tree every week for the first three years

We will work with you to select the best tree and place to plant it.
