Overview
When you join this program and commit to emptying an ash receptacle on a regular basis, the City will install a receptacle at no charge.
Program requirements
When you sign up for this program, you agree to the following:
- Adopt an ash receptacle for at least two years.
- Empty the ash insert when it's full, double bag the contents, and place the bag in your garbage cart or waste dumpster.
- Keep the surrounding areas clear of snow, ice, litter and other waste.
- Remove graffiti from the receptacle or contact the Clean City Coordinator to have the City remove the graffiti.
- Report receptacle damage to the Clean City Coordinator.
