Become a Public Works intern
Our process for becoming an intern at Public Works.
Step 1
Apply for a job
1. Submit an application when we post the Student Undergraduate Intern positions.
Make sure you qualify before applying.
Send your cover letter and resume
2. Email a cover letter and resume to Monique Fish. Do this after you've applied for the internship.

Step 2
Participate in an interview
We will invite some candidates who apply to come to a job interview.
We will make a conditional job offer to some of the candidates we interview.
Step 3
Complete background checks and pre-employment tests
If you accept a conditional job offer, you're required to complete:
- A background check
- Drug & Alcohol screening
Final job offer
If your background check and pre-employment screenings results meet our employment criteria, we'll make a final job offer.
