Hazardous tree removal and grinding bid

The City is now accepting bids for tree removal and stump grinding services.

Overview

We seek bids from qualified licensed contractors to provide services for private properties. These services will be a part of the Condemned Tree Assistance program.

The contractor will:

  • Remove hazardous trees 
  • Grind tree stumps

Funding period

  • Estimated contract start: December 2024
  • Estimated contract end: December 2025 (12 months)

Minimum qualifications

To qualify for this bid, the contractor must: 

  • Always have current licenses, permits and other documents
  • Be in business for a minimum of two years 
  • Provide three previous times where they performed similar work
