Overview

The City is seeking a medical consultant to provide medical director support for clinical care activities. Services can include but are not limited to:

  • Opioid response
  • Immunizations

Responsibilities

The medical consultant may work in:

  • Clinical
  • Client care consultation
  • Clinical standing orders
  • Guidelines
  • Protocols
  • Team development
  • Mobile clinic operations
  • Quality assurance
  • Other support issues

Funding

  • Estimated contract dates: May 2025 - May 2026 (12 months)

Eligibility

To apply, you must be a licensed physician in Minnesota with a variety of experiences. This can include:

  • Working in a community clinic
  • Family practice
  • Treating substance use disorders
  • Controlling infectious disease
  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Leading programs
