About Green Zones

The Green Zones are geographic areas that experience high levels of environmental pollution. Green zones also experience social, political and economic marginalization.

We work with two advisory bodies made up of residents from the Northside and Southside Green Zones.

Funding

• There is $100,000 available in funding that will be awarded to multiple recipients with a minimum award of $5,000.
• Estimated contract dates: Feb. 24, 2025 - Dec. 31, 2025 (10 months)
