Overview

This policy establishes the framework for the City’s Facilities, Space & Asset Management program, the roles and responsibilities of the City Coordinator and the City Engineer in the program, the establishment of the Facilities, Space and Asset Management Committee (FSAM), and identifies the FSAM committee membership.

The policy directs City staff to report to the Mayor and City Council on funding issues and strategies for the program, including space policies, procedures and standards.
