Fill out our form if you would like a health inspector to give a food safety lesson to your students.
What to know
When you submit a request, a health inspector will contact you within three business days.
The request form asks for information, including your:
- School name
- Location
- Grade
The health inspector will work with you to create an age-appropriate lesson plan.
