If you prepare or open any food onsite, follow our food safety and handwashing guidelines.

What to know

Market food vendors must meet food safety standards to avoid foodborne illness. You must:

  • Handle, prepare and store food correctly
  • Have handwashing if you sample, prepare or open food

Prepared food includes beverages that are:

  • Poured over ice
  • Garnished
