• Usually in January.
• If your contact information is up to date.

When you have a vacancy for a 4d unit, advertise it on the HousingLink website.

Proof of income

When you have an applicant for a 4d unit:

• Verify their income to make sure they are qualified.
• Have adult applicants sign the 4d Government Data Practices Act Form.
