Before you apply

Check the State's Low Income Rental Classification (LIRC) web page

If your property meets any of the four criteria listed on this page:

  • You should not apply to the City's 4d Affordable Housing Incentive
  • You should apply to the LIRC program

November - December

Submit your application

  • Submit a separate application for each building or condo/townhome unit you want to enroll.
  • Include the rent rolls with each application.
  • We review applications in the order we receive them, so apply early.

Complete paperwork

Enrollment paperwork

We will send accepted applicants:

  • Your enrollment paperwork
  • Instructions on how to fill it out and send it back to us

eSupplier and Accounts Payable

Accepted applicants also need to:

  • Set up an eSupplier account to do business with the City
  • Complete and submit IRS Form-W9 to Accounts Payable

To receive your grants via direct deposit, request an enrollment form from Accounts Payable.
