Overview

We reward property owners who:

• Agree to keep at least 20% of their building's rental units affordable
• For a period of 10 years

The reward

• We help you get a 4d property tax classification for your property.
• We grant eligible applicants $100 per affordable unit, up to $1,000, during the first year of enrollment.
• You are eligible to apply for $50,000 a year to fund new energy-saving technology projects for your building.

Our goal

We want affordable rental units to stay affordable so:

• Current renters can stay in their homes
• Future renters can afford rental homes
