Our Intro to Real Estate Development class teaches you the basics of real estate development.

We offer it three to four times a year.

Each class includes

• 12 hours of instruction
• Two in-person and two virtual sessions

Purpose

To provide you with knowledge and tools to:

• Navigate the real estate development process
• Evaluate and manage the risks of development
• Work on projects in Minneapolis

Participation

We accept up to 35 people per class.

Industry experience

You will get the most out of this class if you have experience in areas like:

• Construction
• Finance or business
• Lending
• Property management
• Real estate brokerage
• Architecture or design

This is recommended, not required.
