If you are looking to get rid of plaster or other building materials with lead based paint on them, place them in a secured plastic bag, bring them to the South Transfer Station and place them in the Construction & Demolition Debris area.  They must NOT be placed in your household garbage cart or in the garbage pit at the South Transfer Station because residential waste in Minneapolis is burned at the incinerator in downtown Minneapolis.
