Agility Testing - Linked Videos

Our agility testing consists of four timed events Candidates must successfully pass.


There are four timed events that candidates must complete for the physical agility exam:


Climb & Pull - 2 minutes to complete (30 Ibs of sand)


Shoveling - 10 minutes to complete (1/3 cubic yard of sand)


Wheelbarrow & Lifting - 3 minutes to complete (3- 47Ib sand bags)


Lift & Carry Yard Waste - 7 minutes to complete (10- 40Ib bags)
