Volunteer Opportunities

MPD active and retired officers and many civilians from throughout the metropolitan area participate in a number of department supported volunteer activities. These volunteers are a particularly important asset in assisting sworn officers in their duties and contributing to the well-being of the Minneapolis Police Department and the community.
