The applicant is responsible for obtaining all required temporary permits prior to the event:
1. Dates of erection, occupancy and breakdown will be clearly stated.
2. Utility hook-ups shall be approved prior to the event.
3. The applicant shall comply with all City, State and Federal directives and requirements.
4. Upon conclusion of the event, the area of the event shall be cleaned and returned to its prior condition.
Accessibility, parking, seating, signage, ingress and egress for people with disabilities shall be in compliance with Chapter 1341 of the Minnesota State Building Code.
