Fire and Emergency Services Explorer Program

The Explorer program is a hands-on career exploration and leadership program developed by the Boy Scouts of America for young men and women between the ages of 14 to 21 years. The program is designed to spark interest in the Fire and Emergency Service fields. This program introduces young adults to the elements that make a career in firefighting both challenging and rewarding. Participants are exposed to community service activities, day-to-day firefighter operations, and leadership development skills.
