Park Avenue Lofts

On either side of Park Avenue between Washington Avenue and Second Street South

New construction of four- to five-story buildings on either side of Park Avenue (on the blocks known as Parcel D east and west), which will mirror each other. Each will include 38 luxury condominiums. Park Avenue West, currently under construction, is expected to be complete in 2004 and construction is expected to begin in 2005 on Park Avenue East.
