The Como Neighborhood, under the direction of the Southeast Como Improvement Association (SECIA), is creating a small area plan called The Como Blueprint. The purpose of the plan is to define a vision for the future, build upon existing strengths, address areas needing improvement, and to direct and manage neighborhood change. The project is being carried out by the Como Blueprint Steering Committee and overseen by the SECIA Board of Directors. In addition, a team of urban planning and landscape architectural consultants have been retained to conduct research and create the document.
