Results Management in Minneapolis
A critical component to effective performance management is an integrated approach to problem solving that aligns planning, resource allocation and performance evaluation. Results Minneapolis is just one component of this integrated management approach.
Driving the entire process are the City’s Goals and Strategic Directions that provide long-term direction for all City departments. In addition to the Goals and Strategic Directions, you can view individual department Business Plans, which provide planning and direction on how best each department can work towards achieving the City’s goals.
This City-wide and department-level planning is informed by Results Minneapolis and incorporated into budget decisions made by the Mayor and City Council. The latest budget information is available here.
